I understand this message Pastor Woods........thank you for the thought that went into it and the understanding that is behind GRACE........a beautiful word, thought and action in a community...any community. I also am dealing with it in my Wellmed community and kind of synchronistic you would bring it up here today. Thanks for being in tune with what the spirit is laying on the hearts of many in our community as well. I appreciate it. Trying to decide what is mine and not mine to do there and at the center and even in my living situation as well. I am grateful for all the life learning lessons and very loving and spiritual beings I have come across lately in the world. Awesome! What is my whole self? When we suffer, God will be with us in the dark valley to help us get through it. Yes, we need God to rescue us. We alone cannot help ourselves. I call this humility, surrender to God. And through trials, sufferings, difficulties, we will learn the love and care of God for us, then we will be strong in the Lord. We will learn to be like Christ gradually with the love and the help of God. Oh yes, we do need God to rescue us by either changing our perspective , by teaching us to be kinder, more humble, more forgiving, or by fixing the situations to increase our faith in the power of God. In the Bible, God helped fix the situations like with Moses, with Joshua, with king David and many more. But God ultimate desire is for us to obey Him, to cultivate virtues, to love God and love one another.

I like the preacher. She is kind, humble,calm and knowledgable. I feel safe with her and I trust her. She teaches us virtues. That is what the world needs.
